Return Policy If you find this product is not suitable for your pet's use. Contact us for return instructions. Send the undamaged (like new) product back to us for a refund. Once we receive the product and determine it is still in original condition we will credit your account the original purchase price less a $7.00 handling fee for each item. Note: Purchase price does not include the expedited shipping fee if any. Ardwin Products LLC is not required to pay the shipping and handling charges to return the product back to us for refund. Those charges will be paid by the individuals returning the product for refund. Business Day Definition A business day is deemed 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. All orders received after this period will be processed on the next available business day. Once your package is in the custody of the USPS we have no control over timing for delivery. It is based on USPS efficiency. Undeliverable Addresses If you make a purchase and provide a ship to address that is undeliverable and the product is returned to us? We offer two options send a payment to us to ship the product back out or ask for a refund of which $10.00 will be deducted from original purchase price for re-stocking for each item. Definition of a Broken Ball We will not replace a ball that has only superficial scratches and gouges regardless of how deep. The ball must be damaged to the point where the exterior surface has been compromised. Meaning the structural integrity of the shape of the ball has changed. In short the ball must have penetration holes in the surface, other then the ones originally in place.
